Meet Dr. Jillana Burgess

I was raised here in Artesia and graduated from Artesia High School in 1977. I attended and graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, TX in May 1983. After graduating, I worked with Dr. Darrell Atchley in Lovington, NM for a year and a half. I moved back to Artesia in 1985 to start my own practice. I have been in this office location since the beginning!

I knew I wanted to become a chiropractor when I was 8 years old and my passion for helping people has never wavered. I am proud to have had the pleasure of treating multiple generations of the same family and help them enjoy life to the fullest. My mentor was Dr. James Woodlee, the chiropractor in Artesia for many years. He and my parents supported my dream, drive, and desire to pursue this profession.
